A PI integral to the court case initiated by Prince Harry and several claimants against the publisher of the Daily Mail has claimed his signature on an prior testimonial document was a “fake”, the superior court has heard.

The investigator, connected to the most severe accusations of illegal data collection made by seven well-known personalities including the music icon and the activist, withdrew his supposed confession, declaring it was “entirely untrue”.

Background of the Alleged Statement

Context of the Original Statement
